What are the application instruction for your Heat Transfer Vinyl?

Our main product line, the B-Flex Gimme 5 EVO, can be applied at 285ºF for 4 seconds, using medium pressure. It can be peeled while still hot. For all other products please check out our data sheets.

SHIPPING

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders over $149 are eligible for free shipping. Orders under $149 can choose between $9 standard shipping or $20 express shipping. We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on your location.

Do You Ship Internationally?

B-Flex America ships to all 50 US States, Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica. If you’d like to order from outside those locations, please contact us.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 4pm EST M-F are guaranteed to ship same-day (Excluding holidays). All orders leave from our warehouse in Augusta, GA, so shipping times vary based on your location, but it's usually 1-3 business days.

PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal. All credit card transactions are processed through a secure server using SSL.

Do you charge sales tax ?

We only collect sales tax if you live in the State of Georgia.

No, but you have the option to create an account for faster checkout in the future.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order we'll send you an email with the tracking number.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, or for whatever reason you’d like to return it, just send us an email within 30 days of your order to info@b-flexamerica.com, indicating: – Your order number – What you want to return (whole order or partial return) – The reason for the return (not required but appreciated) Then we’ll send you a free return shipping label. As soon as we receive your package we’ll issue a full refund.
